A San Diego native, Scott has more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on excavation and grading. The Hofer family, a well-known and respected figure in the local construction and trucking industry.

Barron Hess

Barron is an aspiring civil engineer with four years of industry experience. He is carrying forward the family legacy as the son of Tom Hess, a cornerstone in Southern California’s highway construction industry.
