Scott Hofer

A San Diego native, Scott has more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on excavation and grading. He is the son of Ernie Hofer, a well-known and respected figure in the local construction and trucking industry.

Barron Hess

A graduate of USC, Barron is an aspiring civil engineer with four years of industry experience. He is dedicated to carrying forward the legacy of his father, Tom Hess, a cornerstone of Southern California’s highway construction industry.

Chris Gray

Chris is a former U.S. Navy SEAL operator who is now dedicated to advancing his career in civil engineering after serving his country on multiple deployments in the Middle East.
